I woke up in recovery with no catheter, no drain, and no mummy wrap. As soon as I was able to pee they sent me home. I knew Lahey Clinic was an amazingly good hospital after having my coronary bypass there last year. Both my surgeries couldn't have gone smoother. Dr. McCoullogh met with me before and after reassuring me all was well. I am following his orders to a T, excepting thankfully feeling no need for the prescribed Oxycodone. Now just the waiting. Two weeks till I begin cycling the implant, six till its road test.

Glad things went so well for you. I hope it continues. My experience was much the same as yours except I had drain for a few days. I had no swelling and almost no bruising. My Titan was placed on 4/1.22. I've been shocked at how pain-free I've been. Now that I'm starting to do more my glans is a little sore from the cylinder tips. I start cycling on May 2. Super excited about that!

May your recovery and use of your new device go really well!

Update here on post op day 4. Pain still very minimal. I would describe more as just soreness. I have still been icing my scrotum for swelling. Tomorrow I return to work. I am a corporate technical instructor so I mostly just run my mouth anyway.

Post op day 7 today. My first day I would call mostly comfortable. My penis and scrotum are still spectacularly colorful but much less swollen. 7 more days till I can begin cycling my implant. I plan to be beyond religious about it. Thanks for all the kind well wishes. I will update here again next week.

Post-op day 10. 3 more days until the post-op appointment. Bruising is mostly gone. The only evidence I had the procedure is my perpetual chubby and my sac feels really heavy. It's a struggle to leave the pump alone but only three more days until I can start cycling the implant. I suspect the real struggle lies ahead. Not putting it to work for four more weeks!
