I don't think its possible to get any natural erections with a malleable. The rods will basically displace your natural tissue. Inflatable cylinders can be slid into & through your tissue. Thus the tissue is still there & can engorge.

While tumescence is not an erection, insertion of a device into the penis that may occlude venous leakage seems to be able to help.

Yes, it is. There is another study (I don't have the link) that has to do with inflatables where one man was able to get an erection sufficient for penetrative sex at least once and 50% of the cohort were able to get some degree of erection greater than before implant but insufficient for anything significant. But 50% and limited stiffness suggests this is not to be relied on.

I wouldn't call it an erection but since passing one year post implant I've been waking up some mornings feeling like I have morning wood. It seems to happen more if I let myself get horny, no sex in more than a week. At this point my flaccid is probably erect enough to enter a very moist vagina, although why?

With stimulation I can get a decent election. Probably not enough far penitration buy enough for decent jo. But it stops immediately when the stimulus is gone

Is the erecrion enough for oral and masterbation?

Masterbation, yes. Oral probably, but have never tried. Both would have to be relatively quick because it doesn't last long
Maybe erection was too strong of a word for it. With the right stimulation, I get a nice swelling, somewhere between flaccid and an election. Again no where near enough for sex but very noticeable.
