That's in total contradiction with medical papers and researches, I am very surprised that two top surgeons would state that.
In 2008 Dr Kramer made no mention of VED. His view may have changed since then.
Ohhh that's a totally different story, in 2008 the researches were not pointing towards using VED, so I do understand that more than 14 years ago nobody was really recommending VED usage.
