I lost almost three inches due to PD an ended up with a 80 degree dorsal.

Do not expect a pre Peyronies length - but a pre op Length and if you are lucky maybe just maybe a smidgen more.

With a revision expect a larger implant and a longer penis.

I started at 8’, was 5’ increased to 6’ with traction and VED and am probably around 5.5’ after three weeks. If I can get to 6’ I’ll be happy, 6.5’ I’ll be delighted. I am already girthier which is nice!

I am terrified of losing more length. I fell into a depression after the Peyroines started even though I am still girthy and at the National average in length. I just had a tough time dealing with the myriad of symptoms rendering me shitty at intercourse. Once I recognized the symptoms as depression I’ve gotten somewhat better. Eventually I know I’ll end up going the implant route but taking things one step at a time.

22.0 cm implant / 2.54cm = 8.6614173228 inches. This is where it makes no sense to me. With 11cm "inside and 11cm outside that would equal 4.33+inches either way. That is not even close to my reality of over 7" erect.

"Inside and outside" with regard to the measurements the surgeon takes during surgery are not accurately descriptive. "inside" refers to proximal measurement from the incision site to the bottom of your crus (in your pelvis). "outside" refers to the distal measurement from the incision site to the tip of your penis (both those measurements are of the INTERIOR of your tunica albuginea, by the way). Since the incision site is necessrily a bit outside your body, the portion of the implant that go proximally are a bit more than what is inside your body. By the same token the portion of the implant that go distally are a bit less than what is (your usable penis) outside your body. Exactly where the surgeon puts the incision is a matter of judgement and will vary amoung surgeons and necessities of the particular patient's anatomy.

Of course, the implant's measurements have only a loose relationship to your penis' size. If you have a deep crus your implant's length will be buried in there. If you have a shallow crus, more of the implant will be out front. And if you have a lot of meat in your glans out in front of your tunica, that will add to your penis' observed length. (Kind of like a man wearing thick-soled shoes will be taller than he is in regualr shoes or barefoot.)

There is more, but the fact remains that the implant length has only a loose relationship to usable penis length. To try to draw the relationship any tighter than that is a fool's errand. A ggod surgeon will nsert the maximum length implant that will not endanger your penis' tissues and that is that. Your penis' size after implant (and a suitable healing period) should be just about the same size as you had the day before the surgery..

I had peyronies for about 5 years but never lost length which was the lone positive I took out of living through that nightmare. I had below average girth but my saving grace was that I had above average length. I was 7 inches prior to implant. About 7 weeks ago i got a 22cm Titan and I’m now 5 7/8’ so I’ve lost over an inch since the implant. I also have a tubing bulge, tubing wrapped around the bottom of part my penis, and it looks like I was stitched too high and close to the shaft which makes my penis significantly smaller which really pisses me off. Because of that tubing issue and the stitching my dick feels like it’s half the size it was pre-implant. So yes it is something to consider before undergoing implant. I was a member of another forum and everyone on there raved about how great it was but my experience has been anything but great. It’s been a horrible experience and if i could go back to my old dick i would in a second
