That's what happened to me and 4 of my friends. My doc actually doubled my testosterone because I was still low, and within a year I had cancer.
Granted, not always, but a HIGH RISK. Decide of a quick roll in the sack and a littl more stamina in athletics is worth it. Not for me.
I like to say that I (my insurance) am buying my primary care doctor a very nice car. At least twice a year he does a PSA test for me without me asking him to. I ask about it & he says I'm miles away from danger. Plus, no male blood relative of mine has ever had prostate cancer back over at least 100 years. My worries are somewhere between none & zero.
I advocate that each man be active in his healthcare. Btw, I have lost a friend that made the choice to not treat his pc. Plus several co-worker had theirs removed.
