Great post and impressive weapon you have now. With my Peyroines shrinkage I could only dream about needing the XL. Good to know there is hope when I’m ready.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

Did 15 minutes this morning and 40 tonight. Not much pain due to a Tylenol and ibuprofen. Tried to come but couldn’t get there, probably due to the meds. Underside of my penis is numb and it’s alot thinner. Length is same and glans engorgement is good.
