I would prefer a surgeon who sizes me properly,like mine did.The worse thing that could happen to you is get an implant that is too long or to short!Any good implant surgeon is going to use an implant that fits properly on both ends,nothing more,nothing less!You can’t get a longer dick with an implant, possibly more girth,but not length!

I would counter with this. None of us really know if the doctor rounds up or not. Some doctors seem to consistently have better results than others. Ask yourself. What do they do differently?
