Everyone has an opinion which is fine.My Implant is fine either way as I have stated,I just like an engorged dick sometimes.You can have GREAT sex without engorging,or at least I can.Don’t confuse this with saying it’s no good without using a VED and rings,it’s just not true for me!

For me a ring is always required. You'll have to see how you get on yourself, we all have different outcomes.

The implant is still a wonderful thing, it's just not perfect.

I've tried putting a ring at base of my cock, but my tubes kinda loop before going into sac so i put it some on the tube. When done i took off and could feel a slight indent wherever it layed on tubes. The next time I put just above, but that limits me to 4 1/2" . I've tried to put a bigger one around the whole package, but it turned reddish purple , got my glans bigger and a little nervous about it. It doesn't bother me to put on tubes, but not sure if its good idea, I don't know.
