Grats, Philly! Glad it has worked so well for you. I'm at 3.5 and like you and the others wish I'd done it sooner.

I probably started doing anal about 2 months after my surgery and still enjoying it today. I did lose size from waiting too long to get the implant. I went from 7 inches to 4.5 inches however it gets hard as a rock so anal sex works great. Not all guys can handle a large one so I am fortunate.
