Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Perhaps try switching hands. I had a hard time pressing the release valve with my right hand while squeezing my dick with my left.

But as soon as I switched hands, I was able to press the valve easily with my left and squeeze the fluid out with my right.

So how do you tell if you’re deflated. I’m assuming that if the underside of the penis is soft that this means your deflated?

I don't squeeze to get all the fluid out and it seems to do fine on its own. Maybe a little bit of a shower isn't bad. It does hang normally though.

With my 700 I gently press the deflate button, and it deflates without needing to compress the cylinders.
Perhaps some gentle pressure right at the end, but not much.
I find putting on boxers is enough to deflate to the level of a comfortable flaccid.

I can hear and feel the saline moving back to the reservoir. It doesn't bother me at all, I think it's quite cool.
