Aside from the whole encapsulation thing he did a good job I maintained all my girth and only lost a 1/2 inch length which seems to be coming back when I'm aroused. :D

6 guage,, I also noticed that urology group in Vegas. Had to be someone there with the million old retired guys in Vegas. I am 3 years since implant. Had to update my length stats on my signature. Few weeks ago thought I would get out the old ruler and found I added another 1/2 inch along with an upward curve. Still hurts when I pump to max so there must be some implant length I haven't streched to yet.

Yes it was Dr. MCcraw as far as I know they are the only urology services in town.

I’m in day 9 of recovery and having the same problem. It feels like my left testicle is swollen an d attached to part of the pump. Hurts like hell sometimes. Ice and Tylenol help but it’s still pretty relentless. It’s like having a mild toothache. I’m hoping from the responses that this is normal and will resolve itself. I have three oxycodone pills left and saving them for anything severe.

Implanted a Titan 23cm no rear extensions on 10/28/21
Pre-op length 6.75 “
Girth 5.9”
Post-op: ?

Thanks

Update you may find comforting. Almost all of the tissue is gone. From my experience it was just inflamed healing tissues that’s covered the pump. From your description it sounds like the exact same thing. Give it time it will go away but it def freaks ya out a bit. Heal up good man and enjoy yourself when given the green light.

Re: Tissue on pump ? Infection

Postby Howling8 » Wed Nov 10, 2021 8:56 pm

I think the incision is infected. Going to the ER tomorrow. Freaked out to say the least. Is it a mandatory redo if the infection is outside on the incision wound? I put peroxide and Neosporin on it. If it is, do have to redo the whole thing or treat in steps? Big bummer

Try not to panic brother. My incision became gunky and I saw what looked like blood and puss. I freaked and was ringing everywhere, managed to get antibiotics from the doctor etc - but next day it had improved spontaneously and turned out to be nothing in the end. Do get yourself to the ER to be checked out but also be conscious in the early days things are nasty and messy down their and most of these scary episodes turn out to be false alarms

I'm 9 weeks post op and scrotum tissue is still attached to the side of pump. It usually only bothers me when sitting on a hard chair, otherwise i can do my pumping ok. If i move pump left or right the incision moves with it, but im not too concerned about it, everything works well! Give it time, guys on here said theres has let go. Theres still probably some edema yet in scrotum, it should calm down. Mine gets a little agitated after pumping like an itchy mosquito bite and quickly subsides. Good luck and good healing.

Thanks, everyday is a bit better. I'm three weeks out now and the left testicle and groin feels pressure and painful. Especially at night. Ice makes the scrotum shrink and makes is worse. I've switched to heat and that helps a bit. The bottom of my glans is still bruised where the cylinders end.
Had to use the Oxycodone yesterday, and maybe today. VA Urology checked it out and said my incision looks good and that everything should start feeling better in a week or two.

I hope so lol, I imagine the worst happening and have buyer's remorse some nights but then I realize that, this is it. I have to have faith in the surgeon's talent and my doing what needs to be done to make this work for me.

I can feel the pump structure better every morning and can find the release button but can grab the back yet because of edema or tissue. Wish it was battery operated blue tooth lol.
