Thickwall UK is one of the top suppliers of penis pumps in the UK, They offer a kit, including pump and cylinder, starting at 75 pounds. You should buy a properly sized cylinder :
Cylinder sizing in inches

5.50 to 6.00* --> 2.00
6.25 to 6.75* --> 2.25
7.00 to 7.50* --> 2.50
7.75 to 8.25* --> 2.75

Thanks, they look fine. I'll see. I'm just a little bit confused by the number of models they have.

Btw just some stupid questions (forgive me please I've never done before) before buying a pump:
- is using lube necessary (therapeutic use) in every case?
- is it better lubrificate everything (the whole penis)?
- do I have to shave a little bit?
- is it easier pumping lying down on the bed / sitten / standing up?

Fortytwo, the question you asked, you will get a different answer from each of us, its down to you to find whats best suits you, and you will change as you progress, for me, i can have a dry session on lube at all, at the moment i'm doing 2 sessions a day both dry, i prefer laid in bed but sittin and standing are good options, and yes i shave around my pelvic area. The thing to remember is, if you feel discomfort or pain STOP, reajust and try againg.

Thanks Geronimo. I didn't want a debate, just getting some advices and different experiences.
Thanks dtwarren1942, Thickwall looks fine but I didn't go for an UK supplier mostly because I'm afraid of custom clearance issues after Brexit.

I ordered this one https://www.andromedical.com/product/androvacuum/
I just hope it could be fine for me, I will let you know when it will be delivered.

One more question: does using VED improve blood circulation? Obviously it doesn't reverse ED, but do you have reported slight improvement in engorgement, better PDE5 response, or whatever?

When pumping for sex, in my haste to get to the main event, I have neglected to pre-lube my dick. It doesn't take much vacuum. for my dick head to stick or drag on the side of the cylinder and the whole thing to start bending.
A little lube on the head before starting helps.

When doing exercises in a vacuum tube, the pump, hold, release, repeat, kind, lubricating the head before starting works best for me
.
My experience was that successful pumping for both sex and exercise did not happen right away. Give yourself time to experiment. You will find methods that work for you. Just take it easy and slow.

As far as medical grade vs sex shop pumps quality is concerned. I still have my 1st medical grade pump and it still functions as well as it did when it was new. I am on my 4th cheap sex store pump and 2nd Bathmate. All bought within a year of each other. So there is that.

daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

I bought a Pumped Elite Beginner Pump off Amazon. So far, it has worked very inconsistently. I'm amazed at how a brand new, simply constructed mechanical device would fail to even get any suction. I'm not sure what's going wrong with it, but it's pretty useless if it even just works inconsistently.

not sealing around the base of your dick then try cutting the hair in that location closer and using some lube as a sealant.

When it comes to shaving pubes, my water pumps are kinda like my "canary in a coal mine" devices. I have learned that when I start having difficulty with a good seal on a Bathmate it is time for a shave.

If you use a pump and ring(s) for sex, removing the ring(s) through a dense forest can be painful when the shrubbery comes off with the ring(s)

I find it much more convenient to keep the pubic area as slick as possible.

VED is working. I don't see the big deal other than getting cold blood into the penis, that shrinks immediately when the VED suction is removed. I can't imagine how people use this for penetration, based on my results.
