So unfortunately there has not been many men that have gone to rados on this forum so you won’t get much information about him!! Why wouldn’t you go to London as I’ve checked prices for flights aren’t much different and I think Ralph is around 12000 for an implant and surgery!! Is rados much cheaper?? And there is only good reviews about Ralph. You could write to alot of men here that have got implants from him!! But on the other hand there has to be a good implanter in some country in South America? Because if you have any complications you might have fly to Serbia or London to get checked out!! Alot of money and time and discomfort.. or maybe if you get implanted and you have complications the implanter in your country would have no choice to help you then!!!!

Due to costs, I have relatives in Europe in the USA, I would have to pay for an expensive hotel among other things if an emergency revision happens

I sympathize. Like I said Im Cuban and here in America the culture has gotten very sexual ( I live in the Chicago area), but I agree that South America is on another level

Have you tried injections? If I were you, I'd start using it. There's a forum member that got very good at using injections, his forum name is LuisFernandez. Take a look at some of his threads.

I want to have the benefits of the implant, the injections seem very expensive and I don't know to what extent they work taking into account my symptoms, I would just like to have an operation and forget about all this

Nadie123, IMO you should at least try out injections for a year or so before making the jump. What do you mean by expensive? Don't get EDEX, that's crazy expensive. Get compounded PGE-1. I get my vials for around 100 USD and that can last 1-2 months.

If you're not getting daily erections you should be taking Cialis as well. I also recommend gentle traction to maintain size and avoid issues from injections.
