I have the ams lgx 700 fitted, with the same result a flatter penis. I have had length gains but none in girth since activation on 2-18-21. I have nowhere near the girth you have post op at 11.5 cm.
Sex is fantastic, for both of us and I'm not to sure that the vagina is actually round, particularly after childbirth. I don't think you have anything to worry about there.
There are quite a few accounts of implantees on this forum gaining both length and girth after surgery;(some dont); but it usually takes time. I am cycling daily, gaining a or 2 millimetre a month in length but as I said no girth yet.

Worthless tmi trivia here. A few years ago I ran into a picture of a cadaver vagina somewhere on the web. It was definitely not round. More of an oval if anything. So in my thinking, a slightly wider penis would be a plus. I would also propose that it stretches mainly down & across since the pubic bone forms most of the roof (top) of the vagina.
A willing partner & some friendly finger play should answer this issue for most men. Providing that you have access to a friendly woman. Makes for a fun experiment, worth repeating often.
