Cbinspok I wouldnt be too different to you in terms of size. ED robbed me too. However I do hold out some hope of one day gaining some of this back through cycling. Not any extra... just what I lost to ED. My surgeon also said if he has to go bigger with me it would have to be cx or titan. I think 21cm in ams is his recommended limit, I get the feeling he favours titan after that. I am just 6 weeks post op myself and love the way my ams looks when flacid and as you have stated , even now in my flacid state, my penis definitely looks bigger than pre op and is improving every day as I cycle. I have heard some guys putting a pump or two back in after deflation for a bit of a bigger flacid , but I am happy with mine.
I am currently cycling to my pain threshold. I dont really get much pain in the sides of my penis , they are rock hard to be fair. My limit comes with the tips , as I try to squeeze more in to my limit it begins to get a bit sore. However over time hopefully this will aid in a little length increase.
