Poll: How much of a bulge does your flaccid Titan cause in pants?

Do I have a bulge in my pants that I didn't have before my implant? Hell yes! Am I trying to hide it? Hell no!

I think if people want to look, which I don't think many are, that's their choice. I'm not walking around with a hard on.

I did not think of this as an issue when making my decision to get an implant.

Everyone is different, this is a question for your surgeon, not complete strangers. There are various reasons to get one implant over the other, discuss with your surgeon.
I am 6 months out with Titan and I hang different then before surgery, but still can wear whatever I want without concerns.

Guys all hang differently, enjoy your individuality and don't fret it.

I didn't have any "bulge" pre-op...and I kinda like it now. I was "that" kid in high school that got laughed at in the gym locker room showers 'cause of the "teenie weenie". To that I say...

At my age, if someone wants to look at a little bulge, I love it.
I'm dang proud of my implant.

Yes I have a little bit of a bump now that I didn't before - Its ok, no one is looking and an old guy, Tons of guys are showing some bulge- I think its fashion now-a-days. embrace your new bulge
