I can only go by my own experience and what your doctor is telling you doesn't make sense.
I have had 26CM cylinders for 8 years and they always filled to the MAX with plenty of fluid left over.
I am going to have a revision this January because I sprung a leak between the pump and the reservoir.
However that has nothing to do with running out of fluid and not being able to completely inflate.

Total ED since a 6/2010 RPA. Pills and injections didn't work. 2nd revision with a Coloplast Titan (24CM w & 2CM RTEs)on 12/15/2022. 68 years old
