Both implanters I have had consults with said the newer pumps fail more than the Genesis and they wanted. I'll double check in on this next week though.
Age 37. Venous Leakage & Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) since age 18.
Original Implant | June 25, 2021 | 20cm Titan w 1.5cm & 1cm RTEs

Yes, told him not using the genesis, he agreed. We will have to discuss the reservoir again next week. Surgery is 4/9. How is the pain 2nd time around. ?

Loved my one touch.

After revision having nothing to do with titan, I have this blocky ams pump. Hate it.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
