I love my implant.

The feelings and the pleasure are the same. I don't mind the pump, tubing or pumping up. What is different for me is that I always worked to ensure my wife had happy ending first. This took some effort and took away from some of the experience. In addition depending on circumstance when my wife was ready for romance I sometimes was not.

Now my equipment works every time any time. I feel completely care free. I am having the best, care free, anxiety free, spontaneous, joyous love making and sex. Given my experience so far with the implant: if given a chance to turn in my working dick for an implant I might just do it

A nebulous difference:

Sex (to me) is a cooperatve activity. Both people (or all three or whatever) are invested in all aspects of arousal and pleasure. For men the primary aspect is usually the erection. Producing it, maintaining it and how one uses it.

Given my premise, in typical man-woman sex, then, the woman is invested in that erection. She naturally puts as much effort into the erection as the man does.

With a natural penis, her efforts are necessary and are rewarded. With an implanted penis (or aided by injections VED with rings or even pills), her efforts are less necessary and the psychological gratification/rewards are one level distanced.

It is a minor difference to most, perhaps, but I opine that to a large portion of women and a not insignificant portion of men who think about it, there is a palpable difference.

I see your point Lost Sheep. I don't necessarily agree. It would be great to to take a survey of women whose men have an implant and get some data
