Well, I just started pumping after 7 mos., bulb gets hard after about 18 pumps. After about 7 min. I can get in roughly 3 more pumps. That stopped for a while at that, and I was hurting!
After about 2 months of that, I stopped hurting. I pumped even more...not much, but just enough to feel the stretching.
That is a usual indicator that things are working, so I am happy.
I am at the point right now where I can pump according to what firmness I want during sex:)

This is so good to hear. I remember not that long ago you were so fearful of pumping it at all due to the pain. Sounds like you've made some great progress Agfa.
51 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

It wasn't fear of pain from the implant. I developed a tear in my incision, soon after surgery and had to take a break until it healed.
