Prior to the prostatectomy, my dick was very plump. I never measured the girth but I know it was thicker. After implant healed, my wife said, is it in. That is when I knew I lost a lot of girth. Keep cycling. I am sure you will regain your length. Girth is dependent on if you have good blood flow to that part of your dick. All my nerves were destroyed in the RP surgery.
