I’m actually doing nofap now. I looked up PIED (porn induced erectile dysfunction)
And all the symptoms match up perfectly. I’ve been watching porn since I was 12 years old I’m 28 now . So I think porn May have something to do with my problem. Check out the link for more info on PIED.

Nofap has its merits for sure. Especially in us younger guys.
