Now my next challenge is to overcome the lack of bowel movement. I am on day 4 and so far feeling no urge for toilet. What worked for you? Prune juice or something else?

enema bulb and 9 oz of warm water.

Doc prescribed colase to me (stool softener) but one of the side effects hit me very hard (stomach pain worse than the ulcer I had years ago). I since switched to an over the counter stool softener (miralax), and have been taking that. My toilet also has a bidet seat that helps get some water inside and flush things out. I second Waynetho's suggestion of a gentle, low-volume enema. You just need to get a little bit moving at a time without pushing super hard. I would probably suggest not getting any stimulant laxitives (exlax and the sort), since those will make you push and clench very hard.
39yo, ED since sexually active, moderate to severe. Bisexual. Pills helped a little, trimix and muse failed. Implanted 8/25/20 by Dr. Karpman, 22cm+1RTE Titan Touch.
