I've had one orgasm INSIDE my wife so far. I've had numerous masturbatory orgasms (self-luv).
On 10/28/2019 I had a 15 cm x 12 mm AMS 700 CX with no Rear Tip Extenders (RTE) installed via penoscrotal incision. That is between the dick and the balls. I had moderately severe Peyronie's disease with about a 45 degree up turn and a plaque the size of a US nickel on the top-right side of my penis, about 1.5" from the corona of my glans. The plaque is still there but it's not attached, free-floating instead, thanks to the doctor modeling (cracking the plaques) after inflating me on the table. I also had some very substantial scarring/calcified fibrosis in the base of my penis on the right side, which the doctor had to clean out and extend my corporotomy on that side very proximally (worrisome considering Meddhat1's situation).
I have numbness in the area below my penis, above my scrotum to the point where I can pluck pubic hairs and not even feel it. The underside of my dick, right past the glans was profoundly numb for several months but now it's starting to feel sensations much more but not like it did pre-implant.
I've cum once a couple of weeks ago (2-3 weeks) while inside my wife and that was the first time in 15 years or so. Today however, after over an hour of having sex, mostly PIV (penis in vagina), I was unable to cum, I laid in bed with porn and toys for about 45 minutes and still couldn't cum, then I took a shower and used even more toys (can you say PEGGING!?) and still couldn't cum. Tonight was very frustrating. It only happens when it wants to happen.
