@guyinthedarkness, one more nitpick just to get it out there...
Once a man has an implant, there is no longer FLACCID and ERECT. It is DEFLATED and INFLATED.
I have to watch my wording everytime I post to make sure I don't use the term FLACCID. Before implantation a penis can be flaccid or erect, not after.
Does length come back even in flaccid state of the implant?

It depends on which brand and model you got. Only the AMS LGX expands length. I looked bigger instantly... growers becomw showers.
