When fully inflated, I can feel the tips about 3/4 of the way up my glans. When erect, I can pound railroad spikes with my LGX... I just love it and so does my Mrs. Before the implant, I was most definitely a grower... I was even embarrassed to take my bottoms off in a locker room.. Check out this photo and you will see why.
