I did 100% of my process online through "Defy Medical" and their first dosage was 50-5-5 which is horse tranquilizer meaning I only needed 5 units for a 3-5 hour stiffy. I did have to submit to blood testing at a local lab but at NO time did I have to face to face with a doctor or let anyone look at or examine the goods. Overall a great experience, just a tad pricy.
