The dog ears and kinks are a fact but non-issue once you're used to them. The worst thing I've experienced with mine was a bit of itching and sudden twinges of pain but most of that has dissipated now as I've continued to heal. There is still a potential to have an odd shape after deflate if you deflate by squeezing from left and right sides of the penis. I have started to "roll it down" or tuck the glans into the penoscrotal area and squeeze to deflate now as it leaves the best flaccid hang and visual appearance after deflation.

As long as the cylinders are deflated so the edges are left/right instead of top/bottom or an odd angle, the appearance looks natural and I rarely have itching or twinges anymore. As a matter of fact, my hang when deflated looks very natural IMHO, even though I can't compare to my original hang since it was only about a 1-2" nub (mostly the glans poking out of my fat pad) before implantation. Now it's 4-4.5" after it relaxes for a few minutes, post-deflation. I'm 5.5" now while inflated, up from 5.0-5.25", thanks to the self-remodeling of my up-turn (g-spot bend) that I've been doing for the past week while cycling.

Could you discuss managing the kink or bend in the Titan during the initial three weeks of partial inflation? I have a 23 cm Titan and don’t want to damage the implant during this stage. I am at 5.6 inches on day six and trying to keep it pointed up towards my waist band. In one one place a bad bruise has appeared. Thanks!

You cannot manage it. If you read, its something you get used to as time goes on.
At this point, 7 months out, you only not get it when inflated.
When you go back to 'normal', you will get them again.

Thanks—I will be much better when my long scrotoplasty scar heals. It is a little better today as I stretch that scar. I also will have to just ignore the flaccid Titan in the health club shower with my friends!

Prior to surgery, yes, I had 8", now, I am missing about 3"....but can still fuck!
