Again--I wonder what legal obligation there is (if any) to reveal the formulation. Each packet of injection/s I get from the ED clinic are labeled with their coded formula (for obvious reasons)--which tells me nothing about what the actual contents of the syringe are
A DR (a urologist) name is on everything (a guy I've never met)
It seems like that urologist would be obligated to reveal exactly what they are prescribing that I am injecting into my body
Maybe I run into a condition as a result of these injections where a different DR needs to know what the exact formulation is because I have some other ailment or condition --you know--the way one has to fill out every med and supplement you injest on the form/s every DR (cardiologist--urologist--internist etc ) always required to be filled out/revealed?

My trimix strength is: 30 mg Papaverine HCL, 1 mg Phentolamine MES, 10 mcg Alprostadil per 1 ML. My dose is 0.15 ML (15 units in the 100 unit syringe). I think this formula is pretty standard. It comes in a 5 ML vial. It works wonderfully.

You seem really fixated on an academic point.
Just drop in there and ask for the script in person. If they give it to you great. If they don't move on.
Only you can find that out.

good wood
just wanting to know if I can use some knowledge to force the situation (if needed)
Why not know one's options/leverage?? (obviously I don't trust these people--and won't be back--once I figure out the balance due on my $300)
that's all

You could try having your GP or Primary send an official request for your medical records to the clinic.
