Considering implant - What if major difference in flacid vs erect length and girth ?

Pre-implant, I was a grower, less then a inch flaccid to 5.5" erect, which always use to amaze me! Now post implant I am a shower, 3.5 - 4" flaccid, and still 5.5" erect bone press. Great question Larry......I never considered myself particularly large but I do remember my ex wife saying I used to hit her somewhere ‘inside’ that was uncomfortable, so I used to take it easy most of the time.

Before being implanted I was a grower, but on reflection I always was fairly long but not thick....I just didn’t really think much about it....nor did I take pics or compare with anyone else. I do remember getting changed for sport at school and not being shy though.

Like most of us I went pretty soft in the couple of years pre implant so I guess I sort of forgot how I was when I was younger.

I like what Merrix said about gaining size and I think I share his experience.

I’m of the opinion that my (well installed) implant actually gave me back my original length (which had gone missing due to ED) but has in fact slightly increased my girth beyond my original size.

And, as everyone knows about Titans, it’s more comfortable keeping some pumps “in” ....so this combined with always being over 6” flaccid gives the fairly fat look Merrix mentioned in his recent post...... my flaccid is pretty impressive for a guy of 65 and my pics show that.

My erect, like Merrix’s gains about 1”..... I can’t explain where it comes from but it definitely does get longer.
My new partner is enthralled with what my cock can do.....she too says it taps her up in the cervix however she, unlike the ex, really likes it.
She has also commented about how good the girth feels, especially when fully inside her....she says she notices the extra width which adds up when you consider how the cylinders are placed.

When you say "new partner" are you talking about Ms. H ?? She's a cutie well, from the neck down anyway. lol.
I have NEVER felt comfortable taking my dick out of my pants, anywhere, with anyone. I use to insist on fucking in the dark. Dr. Brock has performed miracles but I am still not 100% happy. Before all the surgery I had (and was botched), an ultrasound found that I had somewhere between 7 and 9 cm inside my pelvis...that is between 2.8" and 3.6". Also, I have a pretty big suprapubic fat pad. When I went septic, I lost 40 pounds and the fat pad never changed a bit. When I we reimplanted, Dr. Gan did some liposuction. It never really did much except make my pelvis skin a bit more floppy. After my implant Dr. Brock (urology) and Dr. Gan (plastics) were not interested id doing any more surgery because if the risk if infection, give my experience with sepsis. Recently he emailed me, out of the blue and said that if I wanted to proceed, him and Dr. Gan were willing to have a look and discuss it. If I could even get the 2.8", that would put me over the 6" flaccid and would be on cloud 9. I would like them to remove the fat pad and release whatever I have stuck up there. I would probably need a new, bigger, implant. That one picture of you that I like so much isn't just because of the size (although that is great), but it just looks soooooooo natural. I have seen lots of Titan photos that look terrible but, yours looks great... You had a great surgeon.
