I do not have an implant!

I have had a radical prostatectomy with nerve damage.
I did not have ED prior to the prostatectomy.
That may influence my perspective.

It is, for the most part, impossible for me to get off without an erection either from an injection or VED with ring.

I don't recall it if, prior to my prostatectomy, I ever tried to get off while flaccid.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.

I am about same way but I can get off with a very powerful vibrator. The orgasms for the most part are the best! They can be great and last a long time, but I miss the mess it used it used to make. :lol:
