With my surgeon this certainly seems be true, no joking. Without examining my dick, looking or feeling, he predicted that I would need an 18cm + 3cm. Thats what he installed, leaving me a good inch shorter than I was pre-op.

My flaccid length before implant was less then a inch to 1.5" tops. Now I am between 3.5" to 4" flaccid all the time and loven it! I am almost 5.5" bone press erect which is about 1/4" less then before implant. I'm VERY happy.
Implanted 6/26/2018, Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S, infra pubic, Dr. Rhee, Kaiser :o 8-) 81 yrs., married 58 yrs. ED for over 20 yrs.

Thanks David.. now you know why I speak so highly of my surgeon. I'm glad I have before & after photos or nobody would believe it. :)

That really sucks Freddy. Guess there are some real anus heads out there. I was told by AMS that the Docs were only tempering my expectations and would not purposely shorten me. One promised to shrink me about an inch. NEXT the other could not guarantee even 4.5 from 6.5 and actually bragged that he has shorted a guy 2". The door never touched my butt. :o

My results mirror Happy Toys almost exactly. As a grower you know that when you are flaccid, just pulling on it you can stretch it out a few inches easily. Your implant will do that for you and keep it that way. It is really nice having that extra flaccid length.
Age 75 Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 03/22/2017. AMS 700 LGX 18 CM with 2 Cm RTE for a total of 20 CM. Previously used injections over 1000 no scarring
