first implant I never got there nor even close. This implant I am very close. I have to get up extra early in the morning but if I get a chance tonight I will take a picture of my dick in the cylinder to show how close. I've used the same tube for 19 years. Be careful if the tip of your glans touches the end. I had that issue with the first ebay tube I had that I gave to an employee. It would try to suck the glans into the hole where the tubing connects and that hurt like hell! Glad you are on the path to move forward. Cheers.

Finally around to answering. Here is the tube I've used since 2000. I have score marks where I had marked the length years ago. As I have stated before, I've always referred to myself as a 2 stage grower. It would grow to a little over 6", then a few minutes later grow again. Pre implant I was 7 1/4" in the cylinder. As you can see, It is still there and a touch over. I wet pump. I robbed the cup and a section of hose off the pump to use on another project. Usually there is a cup in between that catches water to keep it out of the pump. pumps will last longer that way and I've probably worn out 12 over the years. Fancy brass pumps don't last much longer than a Mitey Mite from Autozone or Sears. Pictures below. Cheers.

Flared tubes are more comfortable, do not need a separate comfort cushion but do not work well with erection rings. VERY difficult to get the ring to slide over the flare.

In the tube. 17 months, 17 days post Titan implant. 3rd time it has been in a cylinder for demonstration purpose.

After about 2 minutes in tube for taking pictures. Then after. My view. You can see I still have a left bend. Tube does plump up the glans though.

Did anyone here get edema? If so how long did it last and how long before you started pumping again?

If you get edema you have pumped too long. It will go away in a day usually. If you get red spots, you have pumped too strong of vacuum. They are broken cells leaking blood. Cheers.
