Let’s think about this for a minute. Before you had the implant could you have sex whenever you wanted to could you stay hard for as long as he wanted to could you please yourself or your partner whenever you wanted to. I don’t think you would not have got the implant in the first place if you were happy with your situation.
Now if you had a good doctor and he did a good job and he sized you properly then you’re probably about as good as you’re going to get you may gain a quarter of an inch to half an inch you might lose a quarter of an inch to a half an inch but at the end of the day it’s going to work and before the surgery you were wacking away at a limp noodle so suck it up and stick it in and be thankful for modern medicine I’m thrilled and so is my wife. If I could have my pre prostatectomy dick back you bet I would but I’m cancer free and I can fuck like a rabbit. Before the implant I was Impotent in other words I couldn’t do anything with my dick other than hold it and remember what it was like. Now I have a new one it’s a bit different but it works fine and I’m thankful that it’s not limp and my wife and I are on a new voyage to a new chapter of life and it’s together.

AMEN brother!!
You guys looking for an implant this says all you need to know. I never knew how much I had lost until I started to measure myself. And before then it didn't matter. I simply adapted to the situation. Yes contrary to common belief you can slowly stretch your penis. But unless you are like a few guys here who have had catastrophic losses don't worry about it. Find a good doc, Be happy with what you get use it often and watch it grow.

Sweet the fable some doctors want to claim a person has not measured for years but many do know. I know for a fact how much I lost. I have used the same vacuum cylinder for years. I have score marks on it from before the prostatectomy 9 years ago, after, and the stages between. Size after an implant is a concern to many and I am sure many here will admit to measuring several times. There should never be any suggestion that loss of size is only perception in the minds of those who have not measured. There are too many documented size losses here on this forum and documented size increases after revisions solely due to size loss to discount that it happens. To be certain, many doctors do an excellent job. Also to be certain, too many quack-o-matics that likely learned how to do an implant via uTube video do shitty work. To chose your doctor being he is on a salesman for the product's call list w/o due digression to find his/her experience nor asking questions of the doctor is beckoning a roulette spin towards a damnable experience. Cheers all.

Agreed, but, I never said nobody loses length, I said SOME. I also said that some don't know how to properly measure. We know this to be true because there was a forum on here quite a while ago discussing it and there were all kinds of variations.:)

The Titan, or Coloplast, probably don't promise anything except the hardest dick on the planet, but it can definitely make your dick grow.
I know it becaue my dick has grown. Not only compared to post op, but actually compared to pre op as well.

And there is even scientific evidence for its ability to grow over time post op.

It certainly does make sense that over time the Titan would grow. :)

QuestionGuy wrote:Dave52 - I am happy for you, and you sound like you have a very good attitude, but my question is reasonable. Much discussion here is devoted to loss of length and protocols for minimizing loss - and what i'm wondering is if all this cycling and stretching and inflating doesn't (over time) expand capacity. ...and i think it is a bit different for guys in long term committed relationships with a partner with whom you are "in this together".....Since i started having ED issues 10 years ago, i have been asked to leave and been ghosted by 6 different women when i could not perform....so yeah, before setting in motion a sequence of events which will be irreversible, I want to understand weather I may be jumping from the "frying pan" into another "different frying pan"....but i do I agree with you, in that, if this is simple binary "roll of the dice", then it is correct to just close my eyes and jump.....but i would hate to later have some very knowledgeable person say "why didn't you do x, y and z before your surgery? don't you have access to the internet? did not you hear about the farnsworth stretching protocol (or whatever)....

Hi Questionguy, i share your concerns. See in your signature that you're doing a Goldstein TRT protocol? Thought that Goldstein claims he can help most PFS-sufferers. Send you a pm.
