In real i mean after implantation if there is a size increase will that make the existing implant short and too believe the tissue would have expanded

What a great question. If you are like I am, and you can pump to the max (rock hard cylinders and bulb) with no pain or sense of stretching, stretching the tissues might possibly be an issues causing a floppy head or other issues. I had the stretching and discomfort while I got back to my preimpant stretch, but I hit the point where that stopped. I am likely as large as I can get without a revision for a larger implant. That said, I am very happy with what I have.

Excellent question, especially if you do not have length expanding cylinders or maxed out by the expansion limiting fabric within those.
