Look mine up under Cincinnatus 1951. That picture was about 1-1/2 year post implant. I have an 18cm titan and am about 5-3/4 by 5.25.

Look at some earlier "Implant" post, I posted pre-implant pictures of my 5.5" long x 6.5" girth dick, with post-implant pictures. My post implant is 5.25" long x 5.5" girth. I have no idea where the inch of my girth went but I am very happy with my implant.

I know I’m still in the early stages and I have an AMS CX, but I lost an inch in girth. The surgeon would not guarantee length, but said I would gain in girth. I don’t see it happening.

After sex the first time, my wife said it is noticeably shorter and thinner.

7.5 weeks post implant girth is 6,75 was 6.25 pre implant length is the same
As pre 6.25. Wife loves it she can squeeze as hard as she can and it won’t give like before.
I can’t get the smile off her face.

While it's a stretch to call my 4-7/8" a Titan, it has sure been a lot of fun and has helped support a number of young ladies....PM me and I'll send a pic...

BTW - I was about a "6 incher" before RP and 2.5 years of atrophy.....
