Hello

Postby rauljazz77 » Sat Dec 15, 2018 11:38 am

I live in South Florida. I am 59 years old Viagra and Cialis not working. Went to Urologist, said I had low testosterone, got testosterone back to normal levels, still Cialis and Viagra not working, doctor gave injections 10, 20,30 mg not work at all.
Is there's other medication that he can give me or had to go for implant ?
59 Years old pills do not work anymore, Tried Tri Mix not work, 2 years with ED.

If you got absolutely no response with the injection and it was in the right place, it's implant time.
Please make sure the injection went into the cavernosa. Maybe try it again?
Oh, it sounds like you had multiple tries?
I'm always a skeptic, so I don't like someone with an ulterior motive to give me information, like doing the injections?
Did he push for implant right off the bat when you saw him?

No, he said that's option. After reading and finding info, I think it's the route that I will go.

As you do your research on implants, I suggest you also do some on injections and on using a vacuum pump and constriction ring. A first question is: What drug did the doctor inject and what dosage? For the Trimix injections usually discussed in FrankTalk, quantities of 10, 20 and 30 mg seem very high. If he was injected PGE-1 (AKA alprostadil), the amounts are usually measured in micrograms, not milligrams. There are a number of different formulations of injections, starting with just PGE-1 and then adding various quantities of other drugs. The most complex are the so-called Quadmix. Since an implant is irreversible, my view is that it is the last resort after you have tried everything else.
71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.

Well the injections i had to keep refrigerated. But, let's say it works, you have to inject yourself, for me it's something that have to be programmed every time you want to have sex, if you are traveling, etc. When with the implants you can do it every your partner and you want intimacy. Thanks, I'll look for more info.
