The greater durability, girth and bigger flaccid really appeal after all this time of things not being right. A bit of a silver lining.

Ya know, if I were a surgeon, I wouldn't even offer a choice. It's a medical decision, not Burger King. If something goes wrong and the patient decides to sue, what do you think that the jury will think when the doctor says "well, it's what the patient wanted"?? There is a reason he/she went to medical school :)

I agree - to a certain extent. The patient who ignores his surgeon's counsel is a fool. But the surgeon who ignores my thoughts/opinions/feelings is not a surgeon I want to operate on me.

I consider myself an essential part of my medical team's decision-making process. I think the other members of my medical team should see me the same way.

OK but they have 7 years of med school and then specialize. Also, sometimes, what they find when they open the patient up has a lot to do with their choice, like scar tissue for example.. Some people do a lot of research and are very well educated and others are dumber than a stump... I think it's just easier to leave the medicine to the doctors and if not, I don't think a doctor should be held accountable in civil court if they are following the direct express wishes of the patient. :)

My titan is great inflated but I agree on the flaccid comment and I'm one year into my implant. Flaccid just does not hang totally naturally, nor does it feel it to the touch. Otherwise very happy with it

I did not get the implant for it’s flaccid state. I got it for it’s fucking hard state.

I was about "a 6" guy" most of my life. 2.5 years of post-RP atrophy, three Titan implants and I'm just shy of 5". And boy do I have fun with my 5 inches..... Having a nice hard dick is wonderful! Go for it and good luck!

Two failures....First one was "poor choice of surgeon" failure - botched installation and revision one year later. The second was a tube that "coiled" and pulled loose, resulting in a "flat tire".......

But.....I have fun.....two hours ago I was with my "Japanese Ferrari", who is very experienced with my implants and skilled at giving me the most pleasure imaginable.....

Freddy, the AMS gets hard too... do you want a penis for sex or a granite rolling pin? :)

I have had both the Titian and the AMS CX.Currently have the AMS. I do love the look of my flaccid dick. It is full and hangs straight down. It just looks like I have a big dick. With the Titan it looked like I had a semi erection , but only had the Titan for 7 months. The AMS does not get quite as hard as the Titian, but it does get good and hard. Fully pumped the Titian felt like a steel rod, not comfort for sex. I have a 7 inch dick fully erect. Look and feel I like the AMS better.

Titan was not good choice for me. I was short after loosing 2 inches to RP.
My stretched FPL was only 4.5 inches before implant. IMO, Titan is way better choice for above average guys with at list 6.5 ".
Otherwise, shorter penises will never have 5:30 or 6 o'clock hang when flaccid.
