Hard flacid

Has anyone had issues with having a hard and retracted penis prior to implantation? Instead of hanging loose and flexible, it's tight and solid feeling. If so, did it stop doing that after implantation? Weird question, i know.
35 year old. Implanted by Dr. Hakky 4/29/19. Coloplast Titan 22 cm, no RTE, genesis pump

Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.
