We're Scheduled!

Bionic Dick, here we come!

Insurance is covering, and my doc (Dr. Gross, a 'disciple' of Dr. Eid) has scheduled me for The BIG Day on January 7.

Quoteth the Doc: "You have a really big dick, so the only thing I'm using on you is a Coloplast Titan...If you go back to doing porn, I want you to hang my business card off if it...."

LOL....I love this guy :-) He also recommended this board!

It's a month and half away and I feel like a kid waking up on Christmas morning!

Good luck mate!

Dr. Gross did mine in July and it went great! He is a funny guy! Really puts you at ease going in for something this serious.

That's great to hear! I don't know anyone else Dr Gross worked on...how did the healing process go?!

I'll have to post "Way Before" pix (when I functioned), "Before pix" (current pitiful state), and after! LOL!

Sorry for the delay I’m rarely on here... which is a good sign that everything is going great and I’m not researching issues. I’ve been enjoying the “new” me and don’t have any complaints. I stayed in bed probably more than I should have after surgery and had some tubing adherence that I need to work out through hot baths. I’m guessing moving around a bit more would help prevent that issue.

Dr Gross was really great and followed up regularly to make sure everything was going well. Can’t say enough about how much his attitude made this decision easier. I walked in thinking I was just going to check the local guy before making the trip to the high volume specialist but I knew after the first appointment he was the right surgeon.
