You are I hope a very rare exception. I can't imagine going through even 10th of what you have. As I told my boss at work next time I would just cut it off nail it to the wall and use it as a shrine.

"Shrink to fit" is the ideal description. I have lost a lot of length also. RP took away about an inch and a quarter, and the implant, which barely reached the glans at first, seemed small to me as soon as the swelling went down. Since I am fully adjusted to the implant, my penis has "shrunk to fit" around the tubes and the tip is mid-glans now. However, that took away another inch. Not my favorite outcome. I have NO hope that any of my length will return. I double pump every day, usually in the morning when the alarm goes off. In the shower I add 4 to 5 more pumps to really harden it up. I keep it inflated for about 2 hours, or until I have to put on pants. Of course I also pump it up at night, but not every night. For sex I usually am most happy with about 80% inflation, so 80% is not doing anything to stretch things out. I had asked for the LGX, but Dr refused, saying it doesn't work. (Really??) As I said it has SHRUNK to the length of the inflated implant over time. I think the LGX would have been better for this shrink to fit issue. It is supposed to expand lengthwise about 20 percent and that would have made up most of the difference before implant to after.

It's still the best decision of my sex life and I will never have to worry about ED the rest of my life as non-implanted men do. So many of my grandparents and uncles quit having sex in their 60s and 70s. The women like it too.

Don if you follow the trail of this method back it leads to the days of implants whose tips were wonkie. They had to be absolutely tight to work right and not cause constant pain so this method of making your penis work like a rubber band was perfect. After scarring has set in during weeks 1-3 you are forced to fight against it for the rest of your life. The newer implants don't need that and if fact they are specifically designed not to work correctly in that situation to prevent erosion. Larry pegged it perfectly when he said the scarring is like concrete. It's much worse. Your penis has been turned into a rubber band that will never stop pulling. Docs like that makes them feel warm fuzzy. Screw you. Instead you could have had scarring working for you to keep your penis longer. It you are full length before scarring you are set in concrete at that length. more or less.

I've discovered that if the job is done right there is no need to worry about length. I have the LGX but never intend to use its magic powers. My surgeon gave me the 6 I wanted. Granted I had to fight for it took 2 1/2 months or so. Very satisfied with that. So I could have had any implant and been just as happy.
Screwed up my tips and pump. It's like looking at your gourmet meal nestled beneath glass covers and being unable to remove them. I can't use it because the right tip might come through.

I will caution you that The stats on the LGX are not totally documented to give all the advertising they are hyped up to. The Titan also is trumped up. Do your own research talk to people that have both before you make your decision. Each has there strong points and their weak so
Don’t let the advertising hype sway your decision.

Dave you are right on spot. Neither implant can do it's job correctly when it is improperly implanted. They are not designed for shrink to fit per se. Sure they still work but the LGX can only expand 20 percent if your was that long at one time and the scarring is not excessive. After sugery if you are not stretched out soon enough you will never reach that magic moment. You won't even make it to the full regular length. That is why the AMS video says to start cycling the First week! Unless your doc says nowouldn't want to piss hi off he is the one who must buy the product so money money money. Screw the patient.

A final though. How many people being shot does it take before you would dive for cover? Just so it takes only one successful greater length the day after implant for the smart ones to follow suit. Not many smart uros out there. At least not in America. The number one complain here in the US in loss of length. You'd think they would lead the way not bring up the rear.

Good advice Larry and that is what I do never fully pumped. The cysto will tell me if even that is safe. My ved solution looks like it won't work. I'll probably have a complete redo on Dec 4th. I just need assurance that it will be fixed and so far no one can give me that. Very discouraging. But what other choice is there except turtle head forever? Squat to pee for life? Male clitoris? very disheartening. 2 different stellar surgeons and the same no guarantee outcome.
