RejuvaPulse or GainsWave Therapy

Postby gar451 » Thu Nov 08, 2018 11:04 am

Does anyone have experience with the non evasive therapy for regenerating blood vessels to help eliminate Ed. it's advertised through Boston Medical group and was also covered by a Philadelphia news station: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhXOm2HgldE

Look at the franktalk forum "Penile Physical Therapy" there is a post at the top of the list of a member who has been documenting his journey experiences with Gainswave.
Age 47. Married in 2005. Tampa Bay Florida USA. Got ED 24 years ago from being paralyzed. Made a 90% recovery. See profile for more info...

I did the series of GainsWave treatments and the P Shot.
I had excellent results....penis fuller flaccid, erections nice and firm.
Then erections slowly began to get worse after about 18 mo. And I had difficulty sustaining erection.
I went to see my urologist, he had me using VED and put me on 5mg of Cialis daily. Did not help! On follow up appointment after a month on Cialis I had Trimix injection prior to Doppler Ultrasound. Penis got huge but not real hard. But, this is what the ultrasound showed which he attributed to the GainsWave treatments, my inflow (arterial) numbers are double what the normal are. My problem is Venous Leak. I can’t keep the blood in penis for erection or sustain one. Penis just get full when aroused, not hard, bummer!
Now this raised the question regarding the angiogenesis that the GainsWave triggers, why did I not grow new veins too? I haven’t found a good answer about that! Maybe I did but the venous side isn’t working in my penis.
Apparently having VL as the cause of my ED, the only option is implant. The plan is to have it after the first of the year.
All of that being said, and not knowing your history, I would suggest that you have an ultrasound done to see if you have VL before spending the big money on shockwave therapy. Best of luck, let us know how you’re doing.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.
