Surgical notes unscrambled.

First let me preface this by saying that apparently you make the difference in length and in girth.
After surgery a week or so I read my surgical notes, went into the bathroom, measured myself and freaked out. I think I was about 5.7 inches then. My notes said that my proximal measurement was 10 cm = about 3.9 inches. From my scrotal scar to my tip was exactly 3.9". The night before surgery I was 6.5". It seemed that they had done the old subtract 1 cm down and 1 cm up = a little more than 3/4" shorter than what I really was.
Wrong!. The cylinders don't make it to your glans tip. Mistake #1. For me that equals 3/4" when I'm flaccid and about 1" with a chubby. But wait. There's more. Yesterday for Mk's sake I spent some 2 hours trying to figure out what was actually happening. I finally figured it out. When I fully inflate my scrotal scar actually rises with the rest of my penis. It is not a fixed reference point and I cannot see the cuts made on my actual tunic. So what, they probably rise too. So my cylinders down near the rtes are not fully inflated it would seem.
Bottom line the whole thing was waste of time except to find that it was a waste of time. I am now convinced that each person can probably make at least an inch difference and maybe more if they work hard to make it happen. Right now I plan to re stretch to about 6.7" to see if that straightens me out. I plan on making my flaccid deflated length about 6.2 or .3 inches. Right now I'm at 5.75 to 5.9 deflated so using VED less than 2 months. That should fix my curve and also give me more length than I really care for. But to be straight again? Oh yes.

My proximal was 12 cm and my distal was only 7 cm.
How is possible more of penis to be hidden inside then visible outside?
This must be difference that post radical prostatectomy guys encountered to compensate for missing prostate. I lost 2 inches right after RP.
You might scientifically explain it.

No problem MK. We are all in the same ship. But I'd call it observation more than scientific. Beyond any doubt my extra inch came from down below my scar. My length from scar to tip has not changed, still about 3.9 except my glans has begun to stand straight up. Bottom line I cannot see the 3.9 inch scar on my tunica and I have no idea how hard he pushed into the glans when measuring. But I am positive it was not even a fraction of what my tips are doing right now. So that proves longer is still out there waiting to be found. Happy hunting all!

Doug,, Can you feel where your tubes enter your tunica? I can. Tri mix hurt like hell for me. So I could feel where the entire tunica was, from end to end. I did measure it while on trimix. Entire thing was 9 inches. They start 3/4 inch from my anus, buried in the cruses. Today 6 months post op I can feel the base of the RETs by pumping rock hard and move tip of dick side to side. The RTEs move side to side on the other end. They also end 3/4 inch from my anus. I am now fully pumped 9 inches from the base of the RTEs to the tip of my glans. My useable size beyond the pubic bone is 6 inch. So my implant is 15 with 5 RTEs. 9 inch is 22.8 cm. Where did the other 2.8 cm come from? When they say 15 cm implant, does that length include the hard tip and hard base tip or is it just the inflatable part. I have only grown 1/4 inch from pubic to glans since beginning. I wonder if some of the. growth also is inside the cruse. I told my URO that I was 9 inch tip to tip and lets shoot for that number with the implant. I was a little pissed that they didn't put in at least 22cm but he said I got what I needed and it will grow with cycling.
