Every uro of mine so far was totally shocked that I used VED after implant their eyes glazed over. WHY!!! These guys don't have an implant have no idea how much it hurts to daily have your cylinders do the needless heavy lifting that they have caused by allowing you to scar and shrink after surgery. The phrase stripped and flogged comes to mind. The VED will do your stretching for you with much less time effort and pain. Not to mention the danger if erosion that the tips create every time you use them to the max. You can follow the advice of these bird brains and uninformed losers if you like. I have a brain I see more of the reports then they will ever look for. I can make a wise choice. After all I've taken care of my body for decades know it very well. These guys treat everyone like a worse case patient have no idea what your personal needs are.
But if you do not know your body then slow and easy is much safer. Keep in mind that I exploded my glans with VED once sooooooo....
Go for your God given 6.5' Never give up!!!![/quote]

DougAnd,
I lost 2” of length after radical prostatectomy which seems to me that rest of my penis was pulled inside extremely hard to be able to connect rest of urethra with the bladder after prostate was removed and lots of bladder neck reconstruction was done.
I got my operative report from implant surgeon where he documented that my proxymal length was 12 cm and my distal length was only 7 cm which is totally unusual and is not encountered very often.
Does this mean that my penis is buried deep inside of my body?
At last visit, my surgeon mentioned if I get to 4.5” what was my flaccid stretched length at the consultation, that it will be my maximum possible.
I found couple of papers online about use of VED after implant to stretch the penis and regain part of lost length after prostatectomy and mainly for PD sufferers , but I am still scared to start using it especially that I did not get approval from my surgeon to use it.
I will wait 2-3 months until healing is completely done and maybe start using it later. My next appointment is on December 4 , just day short of 3 months post implant where I have some time to see if I am getting anything back from daily cycling and will approach him again about VED use.

I would suggest listening to your doctor.
55 years old, fit, healthy, married. Mild to mod ED 3 years. Peyronies for one year, history of trauma/penile fracture. Pills no longer working well. Implanted by Dr Eid with a 22cm Titan on 12/19/2018. Started cycling day 4. Sex on day 24.

Implanted with 18+1 and at almost 4 weeks post implant my deflated size is barely 3 inches and when inflated it goes to 3.5 inches.
My stretched penis length at initial consultation was 4.5 inches.
Does it mean I am loosing 1 inch from already very short penis to start with?
I lost 2 inches after RP when I was 6.5 before prostatectomy.
I am wondering what motivated my implant surgeon to go with Titan for such a short penis? Have to ask him personally at 6 weeks visit.
Titan cylinders are so hard and unnatural and uncomfortable that drives me already crazy. My penis is always sticking out at 90 degrees or 3:00 o’clock position regardless inflated or deflated.
My wife doesn’t like unnatural feeling of empty tubes with squicking sound.
Oh God! I am afraid I made another bad choice.
I appreciate any response and some encouragement.

I posted this in another section a few days ago, maybe better for this section with a few updates.

6 weeks post surgery, 1 week since first activation. I had nothing but mild discomfort after the surgery. Ice,rest, and then warm baths eased the discomfort. About three weeks after surgery, I felt fairly normal. I went for my second post surgery appointment a little over 4 weeks. No activation in the office, but he gave instructions, and I had the video given to me. I was very frustrated the first few days, and the discomfort was much worse than the post surgery.lasting much of the day after pumping. And I was worried about the loss of length. It didn't seem seem like the tubes stretched very far, and I had trouble releasing the pressure. After a week, I am able to work a little better, the tubes are stretching a little further. Size is still about an inch to 1 1/2 shorter than before prostate removal surgery, when I used the pump post prostate removal, but I don't feel like the tubes are full length yet. The doc said they would stretch. Still can't deflate all the way, but enough not to have too much discomfort.

Hoping to squeeze out another inch, right now, still having some discomfort on activation, but a little less than last week. Also hoping the tubes soften some.

Any thoughts for those of you in similar situations appreciated.

G03,
It took me a few weeks to become comfortable enough with my tip to really use this thing. Then I had pump problems and that set me back began to shrink. Now every night I inflate before bed wake up flaccid stretch in bed for a few minutes and inflate more. That is maintaining my 6. But I'm anxious to start using VED to put this slow boat on light speed. Until then night time stretching while I sleep seems to help with length.

PCHelp,
Thanks for posting pictures. When did you take this pictures, couple of weeks after surgery or just recently?
Your deflated points at 4:30 or 45 degrees angle.
How long it took you to reach 4:30 position?
Mine is very stubborn, didn’t change a bit from 3:00 o’clock position or 90 degrees while fully deflated at 5 weeks post implant.
Very annoying!

I don't know about PC Help, but mine took about 12 weeks. I was around 2 1/2 to 3" right after my implant and it stuck pretty much straight out. But now my flaccid length is close to 4" and the weight plus the cylinders getting softer, it is at about the 5 o'clock position now. I am close to my pre-implant erect length now, 5.5" also.

These were taken this week, 9 months since my revision surgery. The deflated state comes about 6 months after surgery, I found that if I lay on my back and really squeeze the hell out of the cylinders they only back fill slightly.

Andy, I think in your pictures it looks like a normal "hang" for a penis that size (similar to my size). I do not think it looks unusual or anything.
