I think tri-mix does help in increasing girth. Growing up I was about 5 to 5.5 inches in girth. I started using injections over 12 years before my implant, and girth has been steadily increasing over the years. I was 6 & 5/8" at the time of my implant. Sad to say I lost an inch with the implant and to this point have regained any of that back . Not the end of the world, would rather have a hard dick that stays that way then a fat dick that won't stay hard. I have regained most of my length, almost 5.5", so I'm happy about that.
