My biggest mistake was wanting the results from a surgery that I did not have. You were shrunk to fit just like me and most others. That is a deep hole to climb out of. We will both be climbing together for some months to come. But try what I suggested to speed things up a bit. And keep climbing steadily.
Your VED. Is it an expensive pressure controlled device or a cheap 2" cylinder with a ball or pump? If you want real results use the cheap ones costs about $14.00. Mark 3.5 inches on the outside using a marker then put 1/4 inch ticks up the bell. Then wrap in clear tape. I went from 5 3/8 inches to 7.1 inches from mid march to the end of May. So less than 3 months. You should be able to stretch out about 1/4" every few weeks. But cycle 5 min on 5 min off three times in the morning and 3 times at night. Every day and keep a log.
Eventually you will become longer than your prosthese can handle. Not sure what to do after that. It should happen too fast to upgrade so you may just need to put it in a holding pattern at 5" Maybe 5.5" You'll need to figure that one out for yourself

Thanks DougAnd!
I used VED after RP and 7 weeks before I was implanted.
I used Pros T Vac pump and I still own it.
I was told by my implant surgeon: VED pump is NO NO after implant surgery.
He said VED has potential to pull reservoir and tubing out of space and can damage unit and can also cause serious injury.
He told me yesterday to do cycling 3 times a day to the point of discomfort and try to stay there at least 15 min, if it becomes more tolerable, I should try to add 2-3 pumps again.
Did your doc give you permission to use VED?

My surgeon and another doctor wrote a paper on the VED pre and post implant. He highly recommends it. He says only use it for 5 minutes a few times a day. If you would like the paper. PM me your email address and I will send it to you. I tried to attach it here but for some reason, it wont attach. :)

Implanted with 18+1 and at almost 4 weeks post implant my deflated size is barely 3 inches and when inflated it goes to 3.5 inches.
My stretched penis length at initial consultation was 4.5 inches.
Does it mean I am loosing 1 inch from already very short penis to start with?
I lost 2 inches after RP when I was 6.5 before prostatectomy.
I am wondering what motivated my implant surgeon to go with Titan for such a short penis? Have to ask him personally at 6 weeks visit.
Titan cylinders are so hard and unnatural and uncomfortable that drives me already crazy. My penis is always sticking out at 90 degrees or 3:00 o’clock position regardless inflated or deflated.
My wife doesn’t like unnatural feeling of empty tubes with squicking sound.
Oh God! I am afraid I made another bad choice.
I appreciate any response and some encouragement.

The more you pump it the more it stretches out. I remember coming home from the doctors office after he pumped it up the first time. Of course he only pumped it up about 7 times. I was very disappointed. So on the way home, I stopped at a right aid and purchased a ruler and proceeded to go into the bathroom to pump up. Wow, only got it up to about 4 4 1/2 inches. I was like, holy crap, I lost 2 inches. But after 8 or 10 weeks, I got up to 6 inches. You're still swollen. Give it time. Oh, the pump bothered me for some 6 to 8 weeks, and then suddenly, I forgot it was there. There is a period of adjustment to the new you. Now some 1 year and almost 4 months post surgery, I couldn't be happier.

I agree with Ed. He and i were implanted about the same time. Soon going on 1 1/2 year. So like he said, early on you can get disappointed but you will experience a quick gain within the first two months or so. Keep cycling. Its a workout for your dick. You can experience slow steady gains after that. I cycle for an hour a day still. You suffered trauma and as boys and we all know that your weiner would hide up inside your body if you had some injury to your groin. Same concept with surgery. Its intrusive to the most sensitive part of a mans body. Cycle. Be patient. Give it time to heal.

I also have continued to have improvement now a little bit more than a year after surgery. I felt disappointed at first, like the OP relates. As others have already said, keep working with it. Seems like I made a big "leap" so to speak after several months of working it. I experience some spontaneous leakage so at least every two days, I have to drain to avoid discomfort (and being constantly stimulated, not necessary so bad) at work as a contractor. So I figure, why not pump up all the way first since I have to release anyway. I believe that it works.
Surgery at VA July 2017 after many years struggling with pills, shots, pump, etc. Should've done it way sooner! October 2020: VA just replaced the first one with another due to stuck valve...AMS 700 LGX.

A question,
Let's imagine that someone has 6 inches and the peironye illness leaves him in 4 inches.
Will the implant make him recover anything?

I wish I know the answer.
It might, according to OP experience.
I suffered 2 inches loss after RP and at this time another 1 inch after
Implant which left me with just 50% - half of the penis- what I had before
radical prostatectomy.
Let’s hope for something good but miracles are not happening every day.

The AMS LGX is designed to help you reclaim length that was lost. It will not give you more than the good lord gave you but all that you lost COULD be reclaimed if you cycle twice daily and use the VED for 5 minutes every time you cycle. You can continue to reclaim length up to two years after the implant. I was implanted in December 2017 and I have reclaimed 1/2 inch in length and 3/4 in girth and I didn't have as much to reclaim as you do. Good luck. :)

The lgx will not give you the length you had pre-peyronies, nor any other type of implant unless the implant is installed with a graft.

In addition the LGX is not good for peyronies because it did not straighten the penis by itself reducing the curve as much as a titan could. In any case a cx with peyronie but not a lgx would be adequate.

If I combine what I know and have researched for 15 years and toss in a little logical speculation it leads to the conclusion that no implant will ever stretch the penis like traction working 4 hours plus a day. An implant provides less torque over a shorter time. Without going into depth, penis traction also centers all the force on the most restrictive scar tissue. On top of that, we know that the vast majority of surgeons do NOT recommend the LGX for Peyronies Disease because the cylinders do not develop the axial rigidity to straighten significant deformity. It was designed to give a softer, shorter, more natural flaccid state. We do however have men on FT that have had a 45-degree bend straightened with nothing but a Titan implant. It will do the same with hourglass deformity because of its stronger cylinders and greater rigidity equal a greater ability to remold the penis. It is unlikely however that it is going to stretch penis length 2 inches and might be a stretch (pun intended) to suggest it will stretch it a full inch.
Prostatectomy 2004-Bimix caused Peyronies-Viagra had little effect. Active sex life with wife of 50 yrs- been dependent on a VED for 10 yrs. 22cm Titan w/Dr. Eid Aug 7th See my Implant Journal -> http://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,56.0.html

Hello friends,
Thanks for your answers.

There is a thing that I cannot understand.
The cylinders of the implant Titanium can, to major number of pumping to increase the thickness, but not the length.
Then...
How can length be gained?
What is the process?

Help me with this.

A hug.
