Thicker titan cylinders?
Just wondering if they do different size cylinders? I am undersized in length but fully maxed inflated i dont feel any pressure going outwards. Do other guys feel your implant when its inflated filling your penis? Mine just doesnt feel natural. In fact unless i knock it.. i dont know its inflated??
29 years old. Suffered with ED since 17. No known cause. First Implanted date 23/3/2018. Cylinders way too short and revised by different surgeon 2019. 22cm titan.
Cylinders still short and now pump is upside down and protruding. Awaiting 3rd revision

Are you rock hard when you inflate and
is it hard the entire way unto your glans and even slightly into your glans?
Finally, what is the angle inflated and standing (parallel to the floor?)

Wow! Are sure you are fully inflated? What is your indication of that? Did your doctor inflate you? Did the U.K. buy implants in bulk in only one size?
I have a post where I measured my fully pumped up girth. It is very similar to the circumference of 2 cylinders. Close enough to figure out mine is maxed out in diameter despite my pump dimpling from the reservoir being empty.
Does your pump dimple? What is your girth in relationship to times 2 the cylinder width time 3.14 in the chart below?

Fully inflated. I cannot squeeze the pump any more. No matter how much i try. I am undersized and my revision is in december. I did remember natural erections pushing out on the sides of my penis. Now it just feels like some hard pencils inside my penis. Not the same sensation. Just wondering what you guys feel.

No the cylinders are undersized. I have had that confirmed and am due for revision. It is fully inflated and goes to 90 degrees+ when inflated. However i just expected more of a full penis feeling.

That then is likely your problem. If you are properly (aggressively sized) you will definitely feel VERY full and tight when inflated, at least in the first many months after implant.
