Why dont doctors take measures in full erection? My stretched penis has ridicolois lenght. If i am unlucky and i got scarring from implant, from 11 cm i may get to 10 or 9, ending with an unusable micropenis.

How is it possible that you have so much difference between your flaccid stretch and your normal erection? 6 cm? really?

Was your flaccid stretched measured by a doctor? I know that implant surgeons stretch very little to measure the penis but 6 cm seems a lot of difference
Injury that caused venous leak.
In my 20s thinking about implant

I am also a shower. My flaccid is 3,75 inches and erect 6,75 inches. My corpora is somewhat shrunk and hard when not erect.
Born 1995, VL since 18, pills dont work, injections provide good 20 minute erection which hurts, implanted AMS CXR 14+6 due to fibrosis

Based on the clinical study published in Journal of Sexual Medicine, May-2019, The use of a penile traction device reduces the need of cycles of collagenase in patients with Peyronie disease, by Dr. García Gómez, Dr. Romero-Otero et al.
The results of the clinical study was: 63 patients were available at the time of the analysis of the data. 4 were lost to follow, so 59 patients received 1 cycle, 41 received 2 cycles, 15 received 3 cycles, and 4 received 4 cycles. Mean curvature at the end of the treatment was 36º with a reduction of -24º (-40%). 15 patients required additional surgical treatment (7 grafting and 8 plication). The mean number of cycles was 2.
The penile traction device used in this study was Andropeyronie, which is FDA approved
