I just tilt my hand and let a knuckle or the back of my hand squeeze 1 side of it back there and that is enough for me. Think of it as a water balloon. If it still has fluid in it, when you stand up, it swooshes down into your penis. Gravity, down hill flush. The older your implant gets, the more flexible it gets and easier it is to deflate too.
