How can I avoid big bulge?????

Postby edsince18 » Mon Jul 23, 2018 2:31 am

it seems common that men with penile implant have some bulge on their pants.

Someone in here don't care about it or proud of it.

But it is embarrassing to me.
It is to attract people's attention.
Is there any means to avoid bulge on pants?(i usually wear slim-not skinny- pants)
My erection length is 15.5cm
ed since high school graduation, 25 years old now

The answer to your question is... give it to me

Seriously. use tighty whitey underwear and    make your dick point up towards your belly button. If that doesn't work, maybe try a jock. It will still have a bit of a bulge buy probably not as bad. Hope this helps. :)

Not everyone who gets an implant has a bulge (especially one that looks abnormal). Even though my flaccid penis grew 1.5" (from 2" to 3.5"), there still is nothing unusual about my bulge, either in my pants, in my underwear, or in the locker room. (And that's fine with me!)

Unless I'm inflated, my "bulge" looks natural. I've never had a comment about it or had anyone stare (that I know of). I wear fairly tight boxer briefs and bend my dick down. While there is definitely more of a bulge than before, it is not really noticeable, let alone obscene. Inflated is a different story, but that would be true for a natural erection, as well.

Hope this helps.

You refer to your erect length, but there is no reason to be erect when dressed aside from when you are recovering from implant surgery if your surgeon leaves you inflated. The implant cylinders are much more flexible and easy to hide when deflated.

My fully pumped size is similar to yours and 5 1/2” deflated. I wear boxer briefs when I want to keep everything in place and not show a bulge. As long as I don’t wear tight clothes, it doesn’t show. All of us have different body shapes and sizes. A comment above says have your penis pointed up in tightly whities, but for me that shows a lot of bulge. The boxer briefs and pointed down minimize everything.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Yeah but I don't got what you got.. My tighty whities told me in tight but my pants are not tight. I guess the more you have, the harder it is to hide it and that really does make sense. :)

About 6". That does not seem an unusual size that would cause too much issue.
1) deflate as much as possible. Lay on your back, hold the deflate button and squeeze your dick and perineal area to get as much fluid as you can out and into the reservoir. Some say they get a full deflate punching the button and no more. I do not get but about 4 o'clock doing that. It takes some squeezing to get a 6 o'clock.
2) Try various underwear till you find something that works. I am always cold in the winter so I wear long underwear. Everyday off the store shelf kind. A gay friend told me one day that I can't come by any more because he could see the entire outline of my dick even though I had underwear and jeans on. Said he could not take his eyes off and it made him horny. I tried silk boxers, still same effect. Surprisingly, my Andrew Christian Blow underwear which has an nice package for your stuff and plenty of room for plenty of stuff, nearly looks obscene in underwear only, was perfect. Bulge in the front, no outline.
3) looser fitting pants and wear a tad lower if you can.
4) Time. Implants seem to loosen up and lay better over time. Get softer.
5) make sure your clothes fit. I've have not bought new clothes in 30 years. Yes, my suits chosen carefully to not be dated by style are actually 35 year old and still fit. I go for second hand from charity stores for all else except underwear and socks so selection is limited. 3 weeks ago after surgery, the doctor specified some specific clothing for me to help keep swelling in check so I went shopping. First was sticker shock. I am used to paying $3 for pants, $3 for shorts, $2 for shirts. $40 and $60 each and they about had to call the paramedics. I was AMAZED at all the sizes and fits of clothing. Not the S,M, L, XXL and crap like that at Walmart. Kohls, J.C.Penny, such places actually have a clothes selection though I only bought 1 item in each store because that is all they had in my size and what I needed. Tall, Short, Loose fit, Tight fit, Standard fit, low rise, relax fit, compression, stretch fit, regular fit, slim fit, and more I never knew existed. I've bought t shirts from Andrew Christian for 3 years now and had MANY compliments on them but never any of my outer clothes. I know some here have issues buying from a place that caters to gay clothing mostly but you have to admit, they know fit, style and size is important to them. Walmart and Kmart sell sacks and they fit like it which has always been my clothing complaint since all the stores that sold fitted clothing were replaced by the large china you buy only what we offer importers. Finding the right fit clothes has gotten me a lot of compliments the last couple weeks I've never had. Go clothes shopping. Waste a day. I hate shopping but it was a delight to find clothes that looked right and fit. Cheers man.

My question is why? Don't think women (and men) don't 'check you out' , they do. Do you notice a woman's ample breasts? If someone notices my bulge I am flattered. My dick was so small flaccid I had to pull on it to pee. Not anymore. I am proud of my implanted (much larger) dick.

Ali,

I just tried squeezing the perineum as you suggested and I get much more flaccid now, hangs about 5:00, maybe 5:30. Even though I had been squeezing the dick flaccid, also pressing in the perineal area makes it way better. Must have been saline retained there. Thanks for the great tip!
